Redfern & Hunter 7th edition | Straight to the point

The 7th edition of the Redfern and Hunter on international arbitration co-authored by Nigel Blackaby KC, Constantine Partasides KC and Alan Redfern was very recently released.
This book is often referred to as the “Bible” of international arbitration. This edition incorporates the latest significant developments in the field, including changes in investor state dispute resolution, leading court decisions on arbitration matters in a wider number of jurisdictions, changes in the 'soft law' of leading international arbitral institutions and of the International Bar Association, and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the practice of international arbitration.
It’s a particularly important edition given the recent passing of Professor Martin Hunter.

Nigel kindly agreed to participate in an interview on the Arbitration Channel about the book, we invited Vânia Wongtschowski Kleiman to conduct the interview and the result is an interesting conversation about the main aspects of arbitration.
