Found this on ebay. it is a rough shape. Seller said motor hums but does not spin. Some 3 in 1 oil got it running again. It uses a small Shaded poll or C-frame motor so good news is they are easy to find just have to find one with the correct shaft diameter if I had to replace the motor but I ran it for several hours no issues found. Next step will be stripping the rust off and giving it new paint.
