Join me on my (extremely) epic 805 mile journey to Japan's most remote Ramen store (in which I crossed two seas - the Sea of Japan and the Pacific, using 5 modes of transport), nestled on the breathtaking Rishiri Island (can conrfirm). As a solo explorer, I embarked on this offbeat travel adventure to experience the authentic, hidden gems of Japan's culinary scene Iincluding the famous RAmen street that Anthony Bourdain Visited himself in Sapporo. From the vibrant streets of Tokyo to the uncharted territories of rural Japan, I traversed the country in search of the perfect bowl of Ramen. This cultural escapade led me to discover local experiences (including being chased by a deer), meet fellow travel enthusiasts, and indulge in the rich flavors of Japanese cuisine (especialy ramen). If you're an adventure seeker looking for inspiration, or a foodie eager to explore the secrets of Japan's Michelin-starred Ramen, then this motivational video is for you. Get ready to be transported on a culinary journey through the lens of a solo traveler, as I uncover the hidden treasures of Japan's culinary world.
This was such an incredible adventure and Im so grateful to be able to share it with you guys. I mean as sidequests go this reallyhas to be one of my favourite ever.
P.s. If you get the chance to visit anywhere in Japan I could not reccomend more visiting Sapporo hands down my favourite city to date!
Anyway I hope you enjoyed the video!
Have a lovely day
James :)
