Nothing screams comfort food more than a good ole grilled cheese sandwich. This is not your average grilled cheese though; this is the ultimate grilled cheese sandwich. Pair this with a nice hot bowl of tomato soup and you have the perfect comfort food to warm you up and a cool dreary day.

Serves 2
Ingredients:
2 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Seasoning Salt
Butter (melted)
Choice of Bread
Optional:
Tomato Soup
Directions:
1. Place a skillet over medium ow to medium heat.
2. In a medium bowl combine the first six ingredients and mix well.
3. Spread the mixture evenly over half 2 slices of bread and cover with the other.
4. Brush melted butter on one side of the sandwich and place that side down in the heated skillet.
5. Brush the other side with butter and cook until browned.
6. Flip it over and cook until browned and the cheese is melted.
7. Slice and serve with tomato soup.
