Makorra-Better Than I Know Myself

Finally, my first full-length Makorra AMV, and let me just say, VIDDING TO THIS PAIRING IS REALLY. HARD. Possibly because fandom feelings (including my own) are very split and conflicted on the way they ended up together in such a staccato manner. Possibly because of the fact that there was just not enough development and cute falling-in-love moments between them, so you have to positively SCROUNGE for useable clips.

I like the idea of them together though, and I like their potential, and although they're no Kataang, full of wonderful fluffiness, I thought the song worked fantastically for them (for what little interactions between them we did see), so when I heard this song I was compelled to use it for a Makorra AMV. In fact I'm downright surprised that there are still no Makorra videos to this song considering how well it fits them and the fact that it's rather popular right now.

The plot essentially follows their relationship from the beginning, with the first half focusing on them growing from strangers to teamates/friends (led mainly by Pro-Bending), and the second half of their bond, going from friends to lovers.

All things considered, I think it turned out very well, and maybe, if you squint, you can sort of start to see how their feelings for each other grew, even though we didn't have the privilege of actually seeing much of the bonding on-screen. x) Either way, I hope you enjoy! ^^
