For the best results when using the Ravioli Attachment, follow these tips:

Make sure the pasta sheets are the same width as the rollers
To ensure no sticking, dust flour or semolina over your pasta sheets before placing in the rollers
Strain and salt any pasta filling to remove as much moisture as possible (as you should for all filled pasta)
Allow the printed ravioli sheets to dry for around 30 minutes before tearing apart
