1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp vegetable oil
400-450 g flour
A pack of soft butter (180g)
For filling:
500 g minced beef
300 g onion
70 g fat
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp pepper
For lubrication:
2 yolks
100 ml mil
