No 9M38

The end of production for the 9M38 was 1986, they have 25 year life spans, it was retired in 2011. The end of production for the 9M38M1 was 1999 which means they will be retired no later than 2024.

Bellingcat's Eliot Higgins has claimed that the Russian Federation's Ministry of Defence has lied about the 9M38M1-that they stated it isn't in use.

I have challenged Higgins with a $100US bet to back up his claim and to provide an official source from the Russian Ministry of Defence where it is stated that the 9M38M1 is no longer in use.

Higgins has cowardly failed to accept the challenge but his supporters continues to lie for him; he hasn't the balls to tell them the truth. Ukraine still has has the missile type 9M38. Almaz Antey have proved that if it was a BUK missile it was the 9M38 that was used to shoot down MH17 not the 9M38M1 which contains I-beam shaped fragments and no hole on MH17 has been attributed to an I-beam by any official investigator of the accident.

Put up or shut up Higgins or better still simply tell the truth. Cat got your tongue?
