I've been fighting with this company (Flagship 1) out of New York for 3 weeks now about their part not working in my van. They had me fill out paperwork in detail of the issues and pay to send it back to them. They tested it on another vehicle and said it is working correctly and it is not their part that is the problem. Seems to me I should be getting a full refund and reimbursement for sending this part back and forth over the course of 3 weeks. Meanwhile, I have a part from a junk yard that I plugged in and it starts the van perfectly and runs it perfectly which flagship 1 representatives told me was impossible but it does not work the BCM in the vehicle.
Flagship wanted to refund me minus 85.00 for programming and minus 20% for restocking fee. Meaning I would get back less than half of what I paid to them.
