HOW TO GET A SMALLER WAIST | WAIST TRAINERS VS. CORSETS | DO THEY WORK?

This video is my opinion on whether waist trainers work or corseting work to achieve a smaller waist. Waist trainers, waist cinchers and corset all are advertised they will give you a smaller waist by reducing your belly fat by inches. I have been using these products for years and have noticed one of these products does the job to dramatically reduce your waistline giving you a feminine hourglass figure to achieve that smaller waistline without working out.
