Hi all
A couple weeks ago Pranesh went out to do some birding ( • A return to Magoebaskloof in search of the... ) and for supper tried out a new soft noodle with very basic flavours. Inspired by that we have made our own home made chillie crisp oil which builds on the flavours Pranesh had and makes it even more delicious with the addition of crispy garlic and fresh spring onions that elevates the chillie crisp oil to another level!
Ingredients
10 - 12 dried red chillies
4 cloves garlic, sliced
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1/2 cup sesame oil
fresh spring onions, cut fine
salt and pepper to season
