As mentioned on the video, the price per lot is high, because this location demands it. Already mostly sold, the opportunity to secure a lot will depend on decision making speed, and a deposit to secure it between 10K and 20K.

As expected, this model has everything that you could expect from a semi custom luxury build by one of the largest builders in the state.

This floor plan is beautiful, while remembering that it's adorned up to the 9s.

This home's interior design was perfection, and completely tailored-made for me. The use of color, primarily the olive green with gold accents is stunning.

The great room is a jaw dropper with the cathedral ceilings, wood, and exposed beams. The view obviously adds even more, with a clear unobstructed view of Corner Canyon and South Mountain in Draper.

The kitchen was beautiful too. The finishes and color palette used for the island and rest of the kitchen cabinets exudes elegance.

Remember the tile floor in those two bathrooms? Wow.

The only thing that could make this build better for me, would only be the carpet delete, but I know that I'm part of a small demographic that doesn't like carpeting.

Anyway, the days are counted before Draper's latest hot spot runs out of opportunities.
