This was taken from a 1945 radio broadcast of The Frank Sinatra Show and made into a V Disc - the quality isn't great, but considering that all V Discs were supposed to be destroyed after the war, we are lucky to have them at all.
The song is based on an 1869 melody by Tchaikovsky.
