Last month, we left our house in the country. It was here that we became grownups, fell in love for real, found honest faith, endured tragedies, triumphed over impossible odds, mourned the death of our son, and delighted in the life of our daughter. We learned to be stewards, to grow food, to build ponds, to plant trees, to butcher chickens, to love sunsets, to hit things with arrows, to work as a team, to be parents. It is hard to leave a place with so much beauty and so many memories. But we did it for good reasons. Time to move on.
