The University of York has now been using the new mosaic spectral detection module on our existing CytoFLEX LX for over 6 months. This will be a super informal chat about our CytoFLEX experiences over the past 10 years, which will not only touch on the varied sample types that we have put through the systems, but we will also highlight some of the feedback from the independent users themselves.
As a multi-user core facility, serving a diverse range of sample and application types, beyond discussing the more common applications of blood and monocultured cells, we will also dive into more niche applications such as microorganisms and plant materials. We also chat about how we have found the use of various fluorescent probes, again ranging from the common antibody stains through to the use of fluorescent proteins and various DNA stains. If possible, we may even drop in on a user in real time and get their raw feedback on how they are finding the use of the system.
