Maaari pang umapela si Atty. Christian Sia matapos ang disqualification na ipinataw sa kanya ng Commission on Elections Second Division sa pagtakbo bilang congressional candidate ng lone district ng Pasig City.

Sa kabila ng desisyon ng komisyon, mananatili pa din anila ang pangalan nito sa balota.
