Born in Nigeria on April 9, 1991, Henry and his family relocated to Dublin in 2002, where they faced numerous challenges as newcomers. Henry's life took an unexpected turn when he and his older brother became the first black students to attend their secondary school. What followed was a harrowing journey marked by relentless bullying, physical attacks, and adversity that most could scarcely imagine.

Henry's story is a testament to the strength of the human spirit. He shares the heart-wrenching experiences of being targeted, even to the extent of needing the school principal's protection. From surviving brutal attacks to enduring prejudice, Henry's determination to rise above it all led him to a path of self-defense, initially through boxing and later, karate.

However, Henry's journey doesn't stop there. His pursuit of success and self-improvement eventually led him to Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), where he discovered his true calling. He quickly made a name for himself, turning pro at the tender age of 18 and later representing Ireland on the international stage, capturing the world title in 2014 under the E.F.C banner in South Africa.

Yet, as with any inspiring journey, there were hurdles to overcome. Henry's immigration status created unexpected challenges, preventing him from pursuing his career internationally. Despite turning down offers from prestigious shows in Poland and China, he remains steadfast and hopeful that his immigration issues will be resolved soon.

In addition to his remarkable fighting career, Henry also ventured into entrepreneurship by opening "KiNGZ Combat Systems" in 2018. Although the gym had to temporarily close, Henry plans to come back bigger and better when he retires from the fighting scene.
