Harry Potter Fudge Flies | My Harry Potter Kitchen | Prisoner of Azkaban (Ep. 38)

This week I'm serving up a spooky twist on a Harry Potter sweet treat - Fudge Flies!

In Chapter Eight of the Prisoner of Azkaban, we see "Honeydukes have got a new kind of fudge" and we see later on in Chapter Thirteen that these are in fact Fudge Flies

In this recipe, I'll show you how to make homemade fudge before moulding into some spooky edible fudge flies using silicone moulds. For an added touch of magic, I'm serving my fudge flies on some edible cobwebs made from marshmallows!
