Wright SRM Joyride | FirstBus’ VHR45204 gets driven at pace back to Edgware Garage with a detour

We’re back!! This time we’re here to tackle a trend of things that don’t appear very much on your YouTube screens and that is fast paced FirstBus content. Most of you will know that VHRs dont appear much on YouTube due to their limited amount roaming around the streets of London. You can now only find them in the North West side of London but today I’m here to give some of you an insight into what they’re like!

Aesthetically wise, these buses are amazing. An LT looking bus on a B5 chassis, they just compliment each other so well! Nonetheless, into the action of the video. Join me on a deadrun back to the garage from Winchmore Hill with a twist. The official deadrun for the 125 from the WH terminus is via LOR up to Whetstone and then following Totteridge Lane up to Mill Hill. However in this one, the driver decided to take 125 LOR up to North Finchley and follow the 221 route back to Edgware Garage. This presented us with the opportunity to showcase what the bus is capable of. From open road flats to hillclimbs, the driver WANTED to go home quickly.
