Ah, finally this has been done, finding a screen recorder that featured 60fps took some time cus Mi Screen Recorder is capped at 30fps.
Anyways, this may looked the same from the Old Video, but sound design is very much improved, also this is not the only type of technique you can do, you could experiment with Peaks and Automation, and effects such as Tape Delay, doubling it to create an even weirder, flangy, or metallic sound.
Ending my speech here, I hope this helped when making Basses, and it's not only GMS, you could apply this in Minisynth, Directwave or even random audio files.
