The defendant pled guilty, and the judge agreed to dismiss the case if he completed all requirements and maintained employment.

Finally, Mr. Aguilar faced charges for failure to stop and give information and theft of a vehicle tailgate, which was recovered through a sting operation on Facebook Marketplace.
