This video is played me being initally in Jaigaon , westbengal , India and then after roaming a bit in jaigaon , i tried to enter Bhutan via Jaigaon - phuentsholing border early in the morning but the Bhutan officials asked me to come by 9 am according to Bhutan time , it's means India's 8:30am as Bhutan's time is exactly half hour faster then India's fact .

As I have mentioned in the video that How to enter Bhutan without paying Bhutan , so you can enter Bhutan as a normal Indian visitor and you have to return back to India by 10:30 pm to avoid the payment of 1200 ₹ , as according to new rule indians have to pay 1200₹ as a tourist for a night , a guide for 1500 ₹ / day if they want to cross the zone of phuentsholing and want to roam in the Bhutan , travel insurance is compulsory and 3 star hotel is also compulsory.

If you want to roam Bhutan in free then you can make a day tour of phuentsholing, Bhutan as only this area is available to roam freely without paying 1200 ₹ and other charges .
