With LIBELLE, Slavin succeeds in striking a balance between structure and openness, between subtle grooves, dense textures, and spontaneous interaction. Each concert is an organic process – sonically versatile, rhythmically precise, and shaped by a deep sensitivity to dynamics and atmosphere. Improvisation here is not a decorative element, but the beating heart of the music.

This concert took place as part of the Jazz Prize Brandenburg 2025 award ceremony, at which Wanja Slavin was honored.
