Trying To Make MACARONS Nearly Ended Me. Now learning to make macarons has been a long time coming, I have been looking forward to this for some time. Macarons are incredibly difficult to make if you haven't made them before. It takes practise, but if you do your homework, focus and successfully follow each step, it's possible to make delicious french macarons at home!

Heres what I used for this:
Cookie
1 cup (112g) almond powder
2 cups (216g) powdered sugar
3 egg whites (90g)
1/4 cup (58g) white granulated sugar
3/4 teaspoon (6g) finesalt

Butter Cream
1/2 c. (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
