Power interrupt - flickering sub zero lights - not running

This is a very strange call, but we have seen it over the years. The symptom is that the Sub-Zero, sort of freaks out and shuts on and off constantly.  Power for these units originate at the control board, where it is transformed to low-voltage to run components such as your touch panels. In a situation like this, as you can imagine it would be prudent to change both the control board and the control panel. 
If you would prefer to test the diagnosis,  on later revision models You can remove the control panel from the control board, and the unit will run in a default setting. If the symptom persists, it is safe to say that the control board is the issue is the control panel is no longer plugged in and the unit is still flickering.
