Here's my approach to repairing the damaged or aged vinyl veneer on the turntable plinth. The vinyl is often cracked or peeled and sometimes missing. You can restore it by using real wood and staining it to give the vintage look or updating it with a simple clear coat. Simple and fun project. Hope this helps
