This video presentation will let you understand the process of how to make a flow diagram or flow chart in Microsoft word document or PowerPoint action. Flow charts and diagrams are very essential and important for making notes for class or for exam purposes. to make a flowchart of the diagram- first, open the Microsoft PowerPoint or Word document, then go to the insert tab and insert the shape of your choice and now right-click on the shape and go to edit text option and now enter the text which you are willing to add. then change the font and its size accordingly, now copy this box as many time as you need to enter the text used in the flowchart, now select the arrow or line shape from the shape section as you have done earlier.

now arrange all the shapes as per the location or place of your choice and then click the individual shape and now go to the diagram tool at the top middle of the page (It will automatically highlight once you click the diagram or shape) , now go to fill color if you want to fill any colour into your shape or diagrams, and outline for that shape. now you can customize the place for each shape.
