RECORD BREAKING GIANT FISH!! Cobia Fishing with Jigs

This Cobia was a channel record for 1Fish2Fish that took 45minutes to fight and to eventually land. This Cobia was an absolute giant - and without getting into the length or the pounds - the most important thing is that we all release this big fish!! They don't even taste as good as the smaller ones! Please release the trophy fish!!! This vid is Part 2 of one epic day of cobia fishing off of Virginia Beach oceanfront.

Cobia are one of the most prized game fish on the East Coast, and catch and release is super super important. Our season for keeping cobia opens in the summer but I really enjoy just catch and releasing these fish just like we do with Bull Redfish. Hopefully this vid will inspire more people to catch and release these fish and we can protect this amazing species!
