Northern Lights Card with Distress Inks & Spectrum Noir Markers

Today I am sharing my take on the "northern lights" technique using Distress Inks and then a bit of coloring with Spectrum Noir markers. I wanted to reproduce the bandy, wispy look of some northern lights and am able to do so by using my ink blending tool a little differently.
