Delicious Very quick and easy sweet cake! Vegan and gluten free!
Ingredients:
400gr cooked chestnut
100gr sugar (1/2cup)
100gr vegan butter (1/4cup)
100gr dark chocolate
3 tbsp plant base milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Topping:
100gr dark chocolate
25gr vegan butter
In a food processor put cooked chestnuts and sugar and blend well. In a small pot add vegan butter, chocolate, vanilla extract and plant base milk and melt on low heat. When melted add to food processor with chestnuts. Blend untill well combined. Pour mixture in loaf pan with baking paper and store In fridge overnight. In a pot melt chocolate with vegan butter and pour over chestnut cake. Let it rest in fridge few hours. Cut and enjoy!!
