Follow us along as we get ready for and recover from, Crys' hysterectomy surgery. Crys has the PALB2 gene mutation, which is responsible for many cancers, namely breast cancer (both male & female) and ovarian cancer (with links to uterine). At this time, this surgery is preventative, nothing says you can't have two types of cancer at the same time. We are awaiting the final tissue test results.
