Chasing Pan Am EDPO with 2 C40-8s, a GP40, and a B40-8

On the dreary morning of January 4th, 2020, I chased Pan Am EDPO from Ayer, MA, to Westford, MA. In charge of the train was MEC #7518, a C40-8 in fresh corporate paint, followed by MEC #7535, another C40-8. Trailing third was MEC #350, a GP40. With much of Pan Am's fleet now comprised of ex-CSX B/C40-8/Ws, EMDs have become increasingly rare on long distance jobs like EDPO. Trailing fourth was MEC #5956, a B40-8. Also noteworthy was the TTX pink "on track for a cure" boxcar, which helps raise breast cancer awareness.
