AP Public Talk On APCRDA building Inauguration. Marking a symbolic revival of Andhra Pradesh’s capital project, Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu inaugurated the new Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA) headquarters building at Amaravati. The event, held amid Vedic chants, saw the participation of Union Minister of State for Rural Development Pemmasani Chandra Sekhar, Minister for Municipal Administration and Urban Development P. Narayana, and local MLA Sravan Kumar, along with farmers who had given their lands for the capital city under the land pooling scheme. Mr. Naidu reaffirmed his government’s commitment to protecting the interests of Amaravati farmers, promising that no farmer would face any hardship. He entrusted the responsibility of addressing farmers’ issues to Mr. Narayana, Mr. Chandra Sekhar, and Mr. Sravan Kumar, while assuring that any unresolved issues would be handled personally by him. “I will soon hold a special meeting with the farmers who gave their lands. Their sacrifices will never be forgotten,” he said. The Chief Minister recalled that Amaravati’s land pooling model was a pioneering success, unmatched anywhere in the world. “The history of that success belongs to Amaravati’s farmers,” he said, noting that those who had once mocked the capital as a desert would now witness its transformation. “We will ensure that farmers who were humiliated earlier now receive double the respect and benefits they deserve.”Mr. Naidu described Amaravati as a self-financed, high-tech capital project, and announced that the city would be developed into a ‘Quantum Valley’ alongside new technology hubs like Visakhapatnam, which is set to host a major Google Data Centre. “Just as the Hi-Tech City once turned Hyderabad into a global hub, Amaravati will now lead Andhra Pradesh’s quantum and AI revolution,” he said. He concluded by describing the CRDA building’s inauguration as “the first milestone in the renewed journey of Andhra Pradesh’s growth.”
