In today’s episode, we are going to explore a star Micro-Negociant in Burgundy. The wines that I am going to review today are entry-level wines and I simply love such wines, as they represent the producer’s style. The first one is Bourgogne Blanc (Chardonnay), which has a medium-lemon color and lemon-custard and yogurt notes. The sweetness is dry, the palate intensity is medium+ and alcohol is medium, it is really subtle. I would say that it is tasty and the energy of the wine is quite nice.

0:53.6 which has its roots in Burgundy which historically have basically bought grapes or must or actual wines from different areas that are or even juice and have either blended them together or
bottle them individually on their own under their own label and sold them as theirs this is quite common since I'll you have a lot of growers in certain regions but not necessarily a lot of merchants and so this is something that has a lot of roots and sometimes these

2:45.2 prolific vintage not as kind of airy and light and elegant as the 2014's in general but the Dozen 15 is a is a great buy in general I'd like an entry level one because it represents usually the wine makers style at the at the most basic form they will procure or or blend together grapes that they deem representative of their style and as you start to go up the food chain of their offering into either as designate vineyards or Premier Cru or Grand Cru
