SWEATFEST TABATA AND STRENGTH CIRCUIT!!

Today I will take you through a four minute Tabata which will consist of four different moves to be repeated twice through for 20 seconds on followed by a 10 second rest. After that about it you will go through for strength moves that require you to use one set of dumbbells. I am using 7.5 pound dumbbells for all the moves. There are five moves to be repeated for five reps each. Once you complete the strength moves one time through, you will go back to the beginning and start with a Tabata circuit again. Try to shoot for 4 to 5 rounds total.
I completed this this morning and went through it five times through which took me under 35 minutes to complete. Burned over 250 calories, and sweat my booty off💪🏻👊🏻
TABATA MOVES
1) Mt climbers
2) Low jacks
3) Full body jumps
4) Stationary Sprint
Complete these four moves for 20 seconds on followed by a 10 second rest and go through them two times.
-take MINIMAL REST between the Tabata and strength circuit. You can rest as needed after you complete both circuits.
STRENGTH CIRCUIT
5X MANMAKERS
5X Reverse lunges with Lat raise(5X each)
5X Curtsy lunges with bicep curl(5X each)
5X Core plank knee tuck (5X each)
-once you complete the strength circuit you can take your rest then go back to the Tabata circuit. Shoot for 4 to 5 rounds!!
