A Book That's Like No Other on 10050 Cielo Drive.
Info on the book - The History on 10050 and 10048 Cielo Drive is a non-published book and only being sold to collectors of Sharon Tate and Cielo Drive. This book is an 8" x 11" hardcover book with 111 pages. This book deals with the history on the beautiful house and all the people that once lived there.

This book is filled with photos of 10050 and 10048 Cielo Drive from my collection of over 49 years and photos I personally have taken of the house from 1975 to 1993 before it was torn down. There are also photos of the new house "Villa Bella."

Author/collector George E. Smith has long been an authority of the house once located at 10050 Cielo Drive and its many occupants, from its building in 1941 until its demolition in 1994. In his privately published 10050 CIELO DRIVE: A VINTAGE LOOK AT AN HISTORIC HOUSE, a loving tribute to the rustic French country designed property, author Smith has accomplished a very unique and sentimental look at the history of this beautiful, and eventually tragic, estate once located in the hills of Hollywood.
Originally designed and constructed in 1941 high in the hills overlooking Hollywood, when the film actress Michele Morgan (PASSAGE TO MARSEILLE) lived there the house reflected a charming French country motif, the interiors, contemporary and airy, yet with a simplistic country flair which in turn offered a comfortable and relaxing soothing air. The author includes dozens of historical black-and-white and color photographs of the home and adjoining property featuring Ms. Morgan as well as the house’s subsequent residents including Lillian Gish, who rented it beginning in 1946. Throughout its history there were many surprising residents at 10050 Cielo Drive. Such stars as Oscar-winning actor George Chakiris, pop singer Mark Lindsey, Henry Fonda, Samantha Eggar, and Candice Bergen and Terry Melcher. In 1969 the house was rented by Roman Polanski and Sharon Tate……
