Prime University is one of the leading private universities of the country. A group of educationists and philanthropist has established this institute of higher education with an aim to create knowledge based society in the year 2002. The University Grant Commission and the Government of the Peoples Republic of Bangladesh in the ministry of education awarded permission to establish this magnificent institute. The University is located at 114/116 Mazar Road, Mirpur-1, Dhaka 1216, Bangladesh. A huge building having an area of 1,50,000 sq. ft is used for the accommodation of the University. Among others the University has a wide range of facilities such as spacious campus, air conditioned rooms, separate room for the teachers, rich library, common room for the students, cafeteria, prayer room, seminar room, 50 mbps dedicated internet facilities, Wi-Fi zone, student guidance and counseling services. The university receives very reasonable tuition and other fees etc.
