Can you make a MAX SPEED (885m/s) Imperial Courier into a viable combat ship?

I set out to see just how much you could get away with in a racing build ship without sacrificing max speed. It was better than I expected but not as good as I'd hoped. It's probably way stronger with a competent pilot at the helm.
