Fesenjan is an Iranian dish, especially popular in north of Iran
İt's actually one of the best choices for ceremonies. İt's a feast of tastes, creaminess of walnuts, sweet sour taste of Iranian pomegranate and spices served with Iranian rice.
Fesenjan has different recipes around the country, sweet, sour, or a combination of both, it is cooked with chicken, duck and also meatballs. Iranians treasure their own family recipes and fight over which one is the best way to go.
