Visit Statue of Liberty FOR FREE // Staten Island Ferry

On a recent trip to NYC, we were looking for free things to do in Manhattan and heard about the Staten Island Ferry and how it was a great way to see the Statue of Liberty without paying for a tour. We headed to South Ferry to check it out.

We took the New York Subway from Midtown Times Square to downtown New York to hop on the ferry to see the New York landmark close-up.

Then we went in search of a New York slice of pizza and some yummy cupcakes all while experiencing the bad weather that is fall in New York.
