From Farm Fields to Mahindra University | Rajani Bhange’s Journey | Eklavya India Foundation

From sowing seeds in the fields of Amravati to guiding students in some of the most remote villages of Maharashtra Rajani Bhange’s journey is one of courage and resilience. Despite working as a farm laborer after graduation and being mocked by villagers, she never let go of her dream to study further.

Her turning point came with Eklavya, where she grew from a participant to a mentor and leader. And now, in March 2025, she takes a big step forward—admission to Mahindra University for her MA in Education. This milestone is not just hers, but also the victory of her parents’ struggles and sacrifices.

Eklavya is working to build their career and leadership through higher education among first generation students from rural and tribal India.
