This is a documentary of the very first project in January 2016 we did in our Chief Inventor, Dominic Wilcox's city of birth, Sunderland, UK.
Dominic asked 450 primary school children to think up and draw their own invention ideas. He then asked local makers and manufacturers to make the best ideas into real things.
23 ideas were made into objects by skilled professionals from glass, plastics, 3d Printing and other areas.
The final two week exhibition was attended by over 1000 people and news of the project went worldwide.
Due to the great success of the project Dominic and the Little Inventors team have launched it as a worldwide organisation to allow all children around the world to take part.
