香煎黑椒汁豬扒Panfried Pork Chop in Black Pepper Sauce

材料ingredients:
600g薄豬扒,用肉錘打至鬆軟,用以下黑椒汁醃至少1小時
600g thin pork chops, pound till fluffy with a meat tenderizer, marinate with the following black pepper sauce for at least 1hr
120g 洋葱絲 onion shreds
黑椒汁black pepper sauce:
拌勻以下材料mix well the following ingredients:
2tbs 紹興酒shaoxing wine
1tbs 油oil
1/4tsp 蒜粉 garlic powder
1/4tsp 薑粉ginger powder
1/4tsp 鹽 salt
2tsp 黑胡椒粉black pepper powder
2tbs 蠔油 oyster sauce
1tbs 生抽 soy sauce
2tbs 蜜糖 honey
1tsp 喼汁(甜辣醬)Worcestershire sauce
2tsp 生粉 potato starch
做法cooking:
1.大火熱鑊,下2湯匙油
set pan on high heat with 2tbs oil
2.大火煎洋葱1分鐘,盛起,油留鑊中
fry the onion on high heat for 1 min, remove onion from pan, leave oil in the wok
3.下豬扒,兩面煎香, 每面1分鐘
lay pork chop in pan, fry both side on high heat, each side 1min
4. 加入4湯匙味醂,轉細火,蓋著炆煮2分鐘
add 4tbs mirin, turn to low heat n simmer for 2 mins
5. 轉大火,洋葱回鑊,炒1分鐘便成
turn to high heat, add onion back to pan n fry for 1min, then done
