DA MP and Ad Hoc Committee member Advocate Glynnis Breytenbach says the death of Madlaga Commission witness Marius van der Merwe, who testified under the allias Witness D, shows the dangers that whisleblowers continue to face in the country.
Breytenbach says the country has to do its best to ensure that incidents of corruption are rooted out, and the safety of witnessess and whistleblowers is always guaranteed.
