Day 7 - Monroe, LA to Pelham, AL: A real-time road trip driving only on back roads

In June 2024, I took a road trip to San Antonio, TX, which I have done many times. But on this particular trip, I wanted to experience the road a bit differently -- NO INTERSTATES! This drive was much more relaxing than a constant high-speed journey on a freeway.

This real time video is Day 7 of that trip, the second day of the drive back East from Texas. On this day, I am driving from Monroe, LA to Pelham, AL, meandering through Northern Louisiana, the Southeastern corner of Arkansas, Central Mississippi, and Western Alabama and its US Highways, State Highways and County roads.
