The video by Ritesh Lakhi relates the latest incident of Vicky Middukhera being targetted by Davinder Bambiha group with the age old incident of Makhan Singh Virk. Both Middukhera and Makhan Singh had been Panjab University students and met almost the same fate across a gap of over 37 years in history.
However, questions Ritesh Lakhi, the targetting of Vicky Middukhera allegedly by Davinder Bambiha gang is disproportionate and uncalled for. Outrightly condemning any such incident Lakhi brings to record the past and actions by Davinder Bambiha group with all of its key men in incarceration, yet group's activities have been way too wayward, unjustified and uncalled for.
