STANLEY, FALKLAND ISLANDS | Penguins At Gypsy Cove & Shipwrecks At Whale Cove - A Lovely Cruise Stop

In this video, we share a little bit about our excursion to the town of Stanley on the Falkland Islands. We visited Stanley as part of our Antarctic Cruise on the Norwegian Star - part of Norwegian Cruise Lines.

Stanley presented a little bit of a challenge since there is no pier where a cruise ship can moor. Instead, the tendering experience left us with a short time to visit. We wanted to visit Gypsy Cove to see penguins and Whale Cove to see the Lady Elizabeth shipwreck - and both did not disappoint.

We saw both adult and baby penguins and took a bit of a seaside walk to the Lady Elizabeth.

Despite the tendering process being a little crazy, we had a great time in Stanley!
