A Tribute to Abdul Baba | Sai Baba's Mahabhaktas

Haji Abdul Baba was among Sai Baba's earliest devotees. In this film, Dr Vinny speaks about the special bond between Abdul Baba and Sai Baba, and how how their connection goes back to the 13th century.

Sai Baba sent for Abdul Baba, who came to Shirdi and was an epitome of Dasya-Seva. He never left Baba's side and was always with Him. He did all the menial work for Baba, led a very simple life, and did true service for his Guru.

We are eternally indebted to Abdul Baba for having documented Baba's sayings, by writing down whatever Baba spoke in a diary, which Abdul Baba used in order to make prophecies and solve problems for the devotees.

Vinnyji narrates how he died of old age, provides a description of his cottage, his Samadhi and Dargah, the service performed by his descendants daily as well as annually on the day of Urs when a procession is taken around Shirdi.
