Taken from "A Walton Wedding," a TV movie follow-up to The Waltons, a drama that aired on CBS from 1972 to 1981. CBS aired three TV movies based on the show in the 90s, and NBC aired some as well in 1982 (for some reason). I already have WRGB's airing of "A Walton Thanksgiving" on here. WRGB (channel 6) is the CBS affiliate for Albany, NY, serving Schenectady.
"A Walton Wedding" featured John-Boy marrying Janet Gilchrist, who was played by Kate McNeil and was a recurring character in the three movies CBS aired in the 90s. Richard Thomas reprised his role as John-Boy; he played the character in the show's first 7 seasons before Robert Wightman took over.
