Hello everyone! I hope all is well!! This is a historic abandoned gold mine from the 1800's located in the Sandia Mountains of New Mexico. Through much research and bush-wacking, we we came across the old adit. From what I read, this adit leads to a 300 foot deep shaft. Out of an abundance of caution we decided not to enter. This small portal is just large enough for a man to fit through, but descents about 10 to 15 feet down to another set of shafts. It's difficult to make out in the video however. For these reasons, I will not disclose the location. If you find it through research, please be careful, I feel like this mine is a death trap for those who enter.
